2. Description of the Service

Keyworx is a self-hosted news aggregator that automatically collects, clusters, and summarises publicly available news items from third-party RSS feeds. The Service provides personalised news browsing, topic grouping, and interactive article exploration tools.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. User Accounts

Access to personalisation features requires signing in via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service by automated means beyond normal browser use.
  • Upload, transmit, or distribute content that is defamatory, offensive, or infringes third-party rights.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it.
  • Circumvent any access controls or security measures.

6. Intellectual Property

The Keyworx application, including its source code, design, and original content produced by the Service (AI-generated article titles, summaries, and slugs), is the intellectual property of ARCANUM WONDERS SRL or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

News content displayed by the Service is sourced from third-party publishers. Copyright in that content belongs to the respective publishers. Keyworx aggregates and links to source material and does not claim ownership over third-party content.

7. Third-Party Content and Links

The Service aggregates content from external RSS feeds. We do not endorse, guarantee the accuracy of, or assume responsibility for any third-party content. Links to external websites are provided for convenience; we have no control over their content or privacy practices.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that AI-generated summaries are factually accurate or complete.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Romanian and EU law, ARCANUM WONDERS SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including damages resulting from reliance on any content displayed by the Service.

10. Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Romania, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under EU law.
